SECOND PROPOSAL:
As I continued with my personal project I realised that the idea of isolation doesn't have to be reflected just through people, it can also be through the simple use of objects and looking at different ways you can create that eerie and lonely atmosphere within an image. I wanted to continue my project by looking at the work of Todd Hido and Jack Barnosky and using their techniques and ideas to create images with simple objects such as trees standing in their natural environment and objects in the house, conveying this idea through the position of the objects and the background I use rather then the facial expression or body language of a subject.
I feel that by surrounding the rest of my project around this new brief it would open up the amount of possiblities I have to take images that are based around the theme of isolation rather then just focuing my attention of the human and emotional side of my theme. This will allow me to explore the other side of this wide range of meaning to the theme and draw inspiration from nature and isolated objects within everyday life.
